Terms and conditions governing the use of Reonoma's platform.

By accessing or using the visitor management platform provided by Reonoma UF (Company ID: 1433165, Fritidsvägen 4, 335 32 Gnosjö, Sweden) ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.
Reonoma provides a cloud-based visitor management platform that includes:
Hardware products (E-ink visitor badges, docking stations) are sold separately and subject to additional hardware terms provided at the time of purchase.
To use the Service, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete information. You are responsible for:
The Service is offered under subscription plans as listed on our pricing page. Features and limits vary by plan.
Each plan has a weekly visitor limit (Standard: 70, Pro: 175, Enterprise: 500). Visits over the limit are not blocked but incur an additional cost of SEK 10 per extra visit.
You may upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades take effect at the start of the next billing period.
You agree not to use the Service to:
Both parties shall comply with applicable data protection laws, including the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
The following sub-processors are approved under the DPA:
All data is stored within the EU/EEA. No data is transferred to third countries. We will notify you at least 30 days before engaging new sub-processors.
The Service, including its design, code, features, and documentation, is owned by Reonoma and protected by intellectual property laws. Your subscription grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service for its intended purpose.
You retain ownership of all data you input into the Service.
We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform scheduled maintenance with advance notice. We are not liable for downtime caused by factors beyond our control, including internet outages, third-party services, or force majeure events.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial periods.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms, fail to pay invoices within 60 days, or if continued service becomes impractical. We will provide reasonable notice where possible.
Upon termination, we will delete all your data from all systems within 30 days, including Supabase user accounts linked to your company. The super admin can also delete a company and all associated data immediately via the administration interface. Deletion will be confirmed in writing upon request.
Outlook pre-registrations are automatically deleted 12 hours after the scheduled meeting time if the visitor has not checked in.
To the maximum extent permitted by Swedish law:
The Service is provided "as is". While we strive for quality and reliability, we do not warrant that the Service will be error-free, secure, or available at all times. We disclaim all implied warranties to the maximum extent permitted by law.
E-ink visitor badges and docking stations sold by Reonoma are covered by a 12-month limited warranty from the date of delivery. The warranty covers manufacturing defects but does not cover damage from misuse, unauthorized modification, or normal wear.
We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email at least 30 days before taking effect. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Sweden. Any disputes shall be resolved by the competent courts in Sweden.
