From a school project in the Gnosjö region to an award-winning company.
Reonoma started as a UF student company (Junior Achievement Sweden) founded by three students in the Gnosjö region. From day one we did everything ourselves — the electronics, the software and the manufacturing of our e-paper visitor badges, all in-house.
During our UF year the work paid off: we won Årets Innovation (Innovation of the Year) at the Swedish UF National Championships 2026 and took first prize at Blixtlåset 2026, one of Sweden's largest innovation competitions for young entrepreneurs.
Today we are Reonoma AB, delivering smart visitor management — badges, docking stations and software — to companies across Sweden. Same team, same workshop mentality, bigger ambitions.
