# Reonoma

> Reonoma AB is a Swedish visitor management system (besökssystem) for workplaces: battery-free e-paper visitor badges, a docking station that rewrites them, Outlook pre-registration, kiosk check-in, host notifications and a real-time evacuation list. Hosted entirely in the EU. Org.nr 559586-8257, Hillerstorp, Sweden.

The badges are e-paper (electronic paper), not NFC, and contain no battery: the docking station writes a visitor's name to a badge and reports that name to the evacuation list; it never charges the badge, because e-paper holds its image without power. The card behind the display is black and white.

Software is billed monthly or yearly (a year costs ten months); hardware is a one-off purchase. All prices in SEK excluding VAT. Standard: 595 SEK/month or 5950 SEK/year, up to 40 visitors a week (about 175 a month), Outlook pre-registration, SMS to hosts, email support. Pro: 1195 SEK/month or 11950 SEK/year, up to 150 visitors a week (about 650 a month), adds kiosk check-in, dual QR-code layout, returning visitors, admin analytics and multi-building. Visitors above the weekly allowance are charged 10 SEK each; the allowance is a meter, not a hard stop. Enterprise: quoted, volume to suit, adds the visitor app with automatic check-out, a dedicated account manager and support by phone and email. Hardware: starter kit with one docking station and 5, 10 or 15 badges at 6450, 7900 or 9350 SEK; extra badge 349 SEK, 5-pack 1590 SEK, 10-pack 2990 SEK; PoE+ adapter 349 SEK. Hardware is ordered through the form on the site; there is no online payment step yet.

Visitor data is deleted automatically 8 days after check-out; anonymized analytics are kept 14 months. Application and database run on Supabase GmbH (Frankfurt) and Hetzner Online GmbH (Germany), with no third-country transfer. TLS 1.2+ in transit, role-based access control, bcrypt-hashed passwords, daily backups kept 14 days, recovery objectives of 24 hours RTO and RPO as stated in the data processing agreement. Support: email (Standard), priority email (Pro), phone and email (Enterprise). Founded by Adam Axelsson, Fanny Sommehed and Emil Karlsson; Årets Innovation at SM i Ung Företagsamhet 2026 and first prize at Blixtlåset 2026.
